FAQ Design Studio
What's the difference between Zurapic's Design Studio and Canva?
Short answer: Design Studio lives in the same tab as your Photo and PDF editing, so a photo you just retouched or a background you just removed drops straight into a design without exporting or re-uploading — Canva is a separate, standalone design tool with its own asset pipeline.
Key differences
- Cross-tool workflow: edit a photo, remove its background, then drag it straight into a Design Studio template — all in one app, one project, no export/re-upload round-trip.
- One subscription: covers Photo Editor, PDF Editor, and Design Studio together, rather than paying for a design-only product separately.
- Scope: Design Studio is intentionally focused on templates, shapes, text, and stickers for quick graphics — not a full illustration suite, so for heavy custom vector illustration work a dedicated tool may still suit better.
